Frank Maounis is an entrepreneur and has experience in the domain name and hosting industry. He is a co-founder at Enartia and CEO at Papaki and the last 14 years has bootstrapped a few companies. He likes creativity and innovation in people and his background is mostly in STEM and business. He suffers at big, slow companies and partners with people who feel the same. Nikos works in the software industry for more than 10 years and holds a degree in Computer Science. He is an experienced developer who usually takes a managerial role in the projects due to his ability to find the core qualities of each feature, quantify the business value and visualise the next steps. He is considered an organisational geek with a twist for pragmatic applications, always trying to find ways to advance his team. He can’t fight being creative and as a result he has launched a few successful as well as some unsuccessful initiatives including - but not limited to - Webtrails, Office12, Energycert, DevStaff and ABC Hub. He also loves sailing and is a certified yacht sailing instructor.

Alexandra counts twelve years experience in Marketing and Communications Strategy in a wide range of industries, since she started working for an advertising agency; at that time she was obsessed with Marketing Research and was playing with Traditional Marketing tactics. The last seven years, has been dedicated to Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy in the domains and hosting industry, on the two of the known Enartia’s online brands -Papaki and TopHost. Her love for communication and her evolutionary spirit led her to the door of communities development with both, business and technological interest. She is an organising team member of Open Coffee Heraklion, Heraklion WordPress Meetup and Docker Crete. And last but not least, she was the Marketing & Partnerships Manager of TEDxHeraklion.

He has been involved in a large number of interesting research and innovation projects and has a history of impressive successes and even more impressive failures. He has a broad consultation experience with participation and contribution to many international committees and forums and has been invited to give talks in several conferences around the world about new technologies and the development of effective strategies against important societal global problems with the use of Information and Communication Technologies. He always enjoys good food and wine with a nice company, art, travelling, painting, chess, puzzles, yoga and a long run from time to time. He is also captivated by personal development, artificial intelligence, coaching and psychology and he is intrigued by projects attempting to bring together the two seemingly distinct worlds of Technology and Humanities.

Alexis is the co-founder and director of AHEAD at ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece. He is an entrepreneurship and family business educator, researcher and practitioner with expertise in business modelling and family business sustainability. He also teaches theoretical and experiential courses for the MSc in Entrepreneurship at ALBA, while leading relevant workshops and courses for ALBA’s Executive Development. He has co-created and manages VentureGarden, a project supporting aspiring entrepreneurs. Since 2006 he is involved in entrepreneurship awards and competitions, such as the eponymous Stelios Haji-Ioannou Award for Young Entrepreneurs in Greece.

Strategist - Business model Innovator - CoFounder or to put it simply she likes to make things happen. Christie graduated as a civil engineer from the University of Rome - La Sapienza and gained experience in designing and building structures working with the international companies Balfour Beatty and Arup on projects with high social impact. Involved since the very beginning in the business development of those companies she nourished further her interest for strategic modelling of businesses. Her MBA (Warwick University) and Open Innovation courses (Berkley) facilitated the co-generation of the VES - Value Exchange System tool (Meggitt Bird) and a series of publications explaining the benefits of  the hybrid business model. Through pom - a coworking space in Heraklion she envisages to bridge Cretans with a global community of like minded people.

Michalis studied Computer Science at the University of Crete and is working as a web developer and web consultant for the last 8 years. He is a co-owner of Joinweb since 2012, where he loves helping customers with their web presence. Before that, he worked in a wide range of professions, giving him an overall point of view in problem solving. He is specialized in WordPress, but has also created custom platforms for several startups. His team spirit drove him to take part, as an organizer, in many technological oriented communities, like WordPress Meetup Heraklion, Open Coffee Heraklion and DevStaff. He is also a passionate photographer and leading member of F.O.P.K. and a fencing athlete.

Manos Moschous is a co-founder of AbZorba Games startup created on September 2011 to create social casino games for mobile phones. AbZorba Games started in Heraklion, Crete where Manos Moschous was a student at the University of Crete. Later on he worked as a researcher at the Foundation Of Research and Technology of Crete, on various European projects. AbZorba Games got funded on 2012 by a UK investor (225.000 euro) and on 2015 was acquired by Novomatic/Greentube which is one of the biggest game companies in the world with over 25.000 employers in 50 countries and presence in 80 countries. Today Manos is the CTO of AbZorba Games with 20 people in Athens and Vienna and the company also offers real gambling games.

Dimitris is an internet entrepreneur and co-founder of Enartia, with a vision of a great culture team, working on innovative web ideas. He’s been focused on the strategy, marketing and customer service quality.

Dr. Ioannis Kopanakis is Vice Rector and Professor at the University of Applied Sciences, Crete. He is Co-Founder at Mentionlytics and the Director of e-Business Intelligence Lab (www.e-bilab.gr). His research interests include Data Analytics, Business Intelligence & Innovation. He holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Crete, an MSc in Information Technology, and a PhD in Computation both from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST-UK).

Thanassis worked as a developer and a sys-admin for a number of years, before devoting his soul to the devops principles. Studied and worked as a tutor in the UK teaching c++ and mathematics. Made his first true developers' bones writting VB6 client server apps. Jumped to infrastructure design and support and never looked back ever since. He is a DevOps consultant for european companies for the last few years.

Aggela is a Co-Founder at Enartia since she was 24 years old. From 2005 up until today, her profession is to create an ideal working environment for Happy Employees. Being the company’s HR & Culture Manager, her main goal is to provide an inspiring, motivating and balanced work-life experience. This, among other tasks, includes recruitment, group training and corporate events. She believes that the ground stone of building a successful company is not only achieved by the owner but mainly, by choosing the right and talented people to be part of the team.

Voula brings in more 10 years of financial and auditing experience working with SOL S.A. member of Crowe Horwath International. She is an MBA holder and since she loves life long learning and social sector she has followed the open certified courses by University of Berkley Haas in this sector and also other various courses in different on line learning platforms (Udemy, edX). Additionally she is also as a volunteer member in an Indian Social Enterprise which focusses on developing socially viable solutions for the poor masses in several countries especially in Asia.She loves reading, travelling and networking especially with passioanate people with new ideas!
